Victim files Motion to Transfer and cites a number of due process abuses engaged by Enterprise Holdings and its companies National, Alamo, and Enterprise Rental

An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

— Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, May 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — SubscriberWise, the nation's largest issuing CRA for the communications industry and the leading protector of children victimized by identity fraud, announced today the 'Motion to Transfer' filed by Enterprise Holdings' National Car Rental fraud and theft victim David Howe. The motion was filed today IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

The motion is an attempt to transfer the current case to the Regular Civil Docket with a Demand for Jury. The victim is asking the court to respectfully consider Unconscionability of Adhesion Contract (http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=&URL=0600-0699/0672/Sections/0672.302.html), Spoliage of Evidence after the Tortfeasor failed to produce booth video surveillance that it said was the basis for a $502.80 financial extortion attempt, as well as Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).

The Florida Statute is intended to "protect the consuming public and legitimate business enterprises from those who engage in unfair methods of competition, or unconscionable, deceptive, or unfair acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce." According to legal literature obtained by the Plaintiff, FDUTPA affords civil private causes of action for both declaratory and injunctive relief and for damages in the State of Florida.

Christ Embassy Church Celebrates a Successful End of the Holy Land Tour with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome

Christ Embassy Church Celebrates a Successful End of the Holy Land Tour with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome

LONDON, LONDON, UK, May 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The 2018 Holy Land Tour with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome – the founder of Christ Embassy has ended. The Church planned out the trip especially for the believers around the world, who wanted to experience the Holy Land.

The Pastor was joined on this spiritual visit to Israel and Jordan by hundreds of believers. Each day of the visit was organized with site-seeing of places, considered as holy to both Christians and Jews. The tour was intended to follow the journey Christ took in the Bible and scripture, which allowed the attendees to “walk in His footsteps and learn from His glory.”

LoveWorld Incorporations expressed their gratitude and happiness over the warm welcome they got from the Jewish land. Both Jews and Christians were delighted for the visit of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome which further highlighted the strong connection Evangelicals have to the Holy Land and its people.

The visit also coincided with two events of big importance for the State of Israel. The first one is the marking of the 7-th year of Independence for the Jewish Land. The second event is the move of the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem – the capital of Israel.

Earlier this year, the President of the United States of America – Donald Trump, announced that he will move the Embassy. The move itself aimed at signaling to the international community that the USA stands behind and recognized the Holy City of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized a celebratory reception to honor the move of the Embassy. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was personally invited to the event which turned into a highlight from his trip. The Pastor received warm welcome and was embraced by members of the government and numerous Jewish believers. The hosts were eager to welcome the famous Evangelist Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

Throughout the 8-day visit, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and his entourage managed to travel to many sites, including Caesarea, the Sea of Galilee, Abu Gosh, Mount Hertzel, and the Tomb of Lazareth. Moreover, one of the groups was given the chance to visit Holy sites in Jordan and witness the diversity of the Holy Land. The participants also managed to see and interact with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and witness him minister many time during the trip. The groups shared that ministrations were “filled with gospel and glory, bringing all those involved closer to the Lord.”

The trip offered a lot of opportunities to the attendees and was designed to create a memorable experience. Selected moments from the 2018 Holy Land Tour are available at https://bit.ly/2I6BcRX and more information can be obtained from the blog: https://bit.ly/2rbI7UJ

The Curved Road – Music from the Americas – June 5 @ 8 PM in New York City

The North/South Chamber Orchestra performs music by Basulto, Ben-Amots, Caplan, Lifchitz and de Souza

Max Lifchitz led his North/South players at Christ and St. Stephen's Church in a program of four imaginative recent works. Each piece had something to draw the listener in.””

— New York Times

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, USA, May 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The North/South Chamber Orchestra continues its 38th consecutive season of free-admission New York City concerts on Tuesday evening June 5. Guitarist Jordan Dodson will appear as soloist while Max Lifchitz – the ensemble's founder – will be on the podium.

The program will feature five listener-friendly spine tingling compositions by Alejandro Basulto, Ofer Ben-Amots, Oliver Caplan, Max Lifchitz and Ricardo Coelho de Souza.

The event will take place at the intimate and acoustically superior auditorium of Christ & St Stephen's Church (120 West 69th Street) on Manhattan's Upper West Side. The free-admission event will start at 8 PM and end around 9:30 PM. The auditorium is ADA accessible. No tickets or reservations needed.

Since its inception in 1980, the North/South Consonance, Inc. has brought to the attention of the New York City public over 1,000 works by composers hailing from the Americas and elsewhere representing a wide spectrum of aesthetic views. Its activities are made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs; the BMI Foundation; the Music Performance Trust Fund; and the generosity of numerous individual donors.

Alejandro Basulto is a young Mexican-born composer whose music is being heard in New York for the very first time. His Jig Variations — a concerto for guitar and chamber orchestra — evokes popular Latin American dances including the romantic Bolero, Son Montuno, Cumbia, Salsa and Reggateon. The young American guitarist Jordan Dodson wll be the featured soloist for the occasion.

Born in Israel, Ofer Ben-Amots studied with Alberto Ginastera in Switzerland and with George Crumb at the Universityof Pennsylvania. The winner of international composition competitions he now heads the music department at Colorado College. A tango for seven instruments, the musical language of Ben-Amot's The Curved Road is rhythmically strict and precise as well as warm and sentimental.

A native New Yorker, Oliver Caplan studied at Dartmouth College and the Boston Conservatory. The artistic director of the Juventas New Music Ensemble his music celebrates the beauty of the natural world and the resilience of the human spirit. His Love Letters was written to mark the Supreme Court's landmark Obergefell v. Hodges ruling recognizing a fundamental right for same-sex couples to marry Excerpts from this work were used as the processional music for the composer's wedding to Chris Beagan.

Active as composer, pianist and conductor, Max Lifchitz has appeared on concert stages throughout Latin America, Europe and the US. Trained at Juilliard and Harvard, Lifchitz was awarded the first prize in the 1976 Gaudeamus Competition held in Holland. His creative endeavors have earned the support of the ASCAP, Ford and Guggenheim Foundations. His Yellow Ribbons No. 40 belongs to an ongoing series of compositions written as homage to the former American hostages in Iran. These compositions represent a personal way of celebrating the artistic and political freedom so often taken for granted in the West. The tragic events that befell New York City on September 11, 2001 convinced the composer that returning to work on this series begun in the early 1980's was both appropriate and worthwhile. The work is in four movements: Distant Fanfare, Waging Peace https://youtu.be/-T8Yksb7F0o, Days of Wrath and Reveries.

Brazilian Ricardo Coelho de Souza is active as percussionist and composer. The winner of a BMI Young Composers' Award, de Souza studied at the Carlos Gomes Conservatory and now teaches at the University of Oklahoma, Norman. His virtuosic Oferendas No. 5 is an eclectic work employing conventional and novel techniques. It is being heard in New York fr the very first time.

Described by the press as "one of the top young guitarists of his generation," Jordan Dodson is an active soloist and chamber musician based in New York and Philadelphia. He has received prizes in numerous competitions, including the 2013 Astral Artists National Auditions, 2011 Lillian Fuchs Chamber Music Competition, 2010 Indiana International Guitar Competition, and 2008 American String Teachers Association Competition. In 2013, he was a Young Artist in Residence on American Public Media's Performance Today. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Dodson trained at the Curtis Institute of Music, Manhattan School of Music, and the University of Cincinnati. He appears as soloist in the North/South recording of Robert Martin's Water of the Flowery Mill.

A waterfront community with 9,000 residents, Georgetown was voted the nation’s “Best Coastal Small Town” by USA Today/10Best.

GEORGETOWN, SC, US, May 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — South Carolina’s third oldest city is America’s No. 1 coastal town, according to USA Today/10Best Reader’s Choice voters.

A waterfront community with 9,000 residents, Georgetown was voted the nation’s “Best Coastal Small Town” by USA Today/10Best.

Georgetown has more 200-year-old buildings than Charleston and historic Front Street, which resides along the water, is the town’s heartbeat.

Guests enjoy the opportunity to partake in the area’s shopping, dining and rich history, including the Kaminski House and Rice Museum. Front Street overlooks the Sampit River, which links the town with the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, providing stunning natural beauty.

“Georgetown represents the best of small town America – the people are hardworking, friendly and take great pride in our community,” said Beth Stedman, CEO of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. “The way the community reflects the values of its citizens is part of what makes Georgetown so attractive, and we are blessed to be located along a beautiful stretch of the South Carolina coast.”

“We are honored to be named America’s Best Coastal Small Town,” said Jennifer Norman, Tourism Development Director for the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce. “It is rewarding to discover USA Today/10Best readers see the same attributes in Georgetown that we as residents do. With the summer season nearly upon us, we look forward to introducing vacationers to all Georgetown has to offer.”

Georgetown was matched against coastal towns that reside along nearly every major body of water in America, ranging from the Great Lakes to the Pacific Ocean, and outpolled nine other finalists.

Georgetown is one of five communities that make up the Hammock Coast, joining Garden City, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield and Pawleys Island.

Luxury jet travel- Egypt

CAIRO, EGYPT, May 21, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Egypt is the Mother of the World ( “مصر أم الدنيا” Umm el donnya in Arabic ). A saying that I’ve heard so many times while traveling in Egypt and around the world. No one really utters these words in arrogance and It’s mostly followed by a gentle smile. I love Egypt and Its people. They have an old gentle soul. Humor and wit, hard work and kindness are what separates them from the rest. The Arabic spoken in Egypt has a poets virtue to it. One can easily distinguish the Egyptian dialects softness when compared to the Arabic spoken in any of the Gulf Countries.

It has now been 7 years since the Arab spring took place. Started in Tunisia, it caught up all the way to Oman. It left a lot to be desired and when the dust had settled, many of these countries were left in a economic ruin. Egypt, however, is a story of success, an anomaly one would think, but I, on the other hand, think that It’s who the Egyptians really are. Pride, but not just false nationalistic pride. Millions hit the street in the aftermath of the Coup to clean their streets. They got down to whatever it took to take care of their nation and bring it back to a road to recovery.

I recently took a trip to Luxor, Egypt. The aircraft we flew in was a Citation Sovereign and it can easily seat 9 passengers. We were served a full hot catering and the Flight Attendant made all of us feel relaxed and comfortable. Our flight originated In Cairo and it was a short 40 minutes flight. The one thing that I noticed about the Egyptian airports was their security apparatus which was very modern and it made all of us feel very safe. Even private jet customers were searched and X-ray machines were used for every luggage carried aboard the aircraft.

Luxor is a city on the east bank of the Nile River in southern Egypt. It’s on the site of ancient Thebes, the pharaohs’ capital at the height of their power, during the 16th–11th centuries B.C. Today’s city surrounds 2 huge, surviving ancient monuments: graceful Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple, a mile north. The royal tombs of the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens are on the river’s west bank. The temple of Luxor is situated on the east bank of the River Nile in the town of Luxor (Thebes). The temple itself was known as “ipet resyt” or the “the southern harem”, it was built during the New Kingdom around 1400 BC. The temple is dedicated to Amun, Mut, and Khonsu and was the focus of one of the most important religious festivals in ancient Egypt – the annual Opet Festival. During this festival the statues of Amun, Mut and Khonsu would travel from Karnak to Luxor. As a result, the temple is not aligned to the river, but to the temple complex at Karnak.

The Luxor Temple was a shrine of the king’s cult and not just to the Theban god Amun and his family. Access to the site in modern times is through a gate thought to have been constructed during the Roman period.

We also took a Felucca ride on the Nile, and I couldn’t help but light up my favorite Cigar ( The Blind Man’s Bluff). In the background, you can see the Winter Palace hotel. Agatha Christie wrote her Novel The death on the Nile while staying at the winter palace. It’s one of the best hotels to stay at while In Luxor.

The Felucca and the river Nile had gently rocked me to sleep. It was one of the deepest sleep I had ever had. The Felucca guide had remained pretty quiet the whole ride, and later I found out that this is pretty common for the river to gently rock you to sleep, and hence, he had not struck a conversation with any of us. He didn’t even bother waking us up, he just gently parked the Felucca by the Winter Palace and waited. It was an experience that left us trying to soak up the history. Two days spent In Luxor were not enough as the history that is this tangible and so much older than most of the other civilizations has to be the non-cliched bucket list for everyone and a 4-day trip is a must with Aswan and Abu Simbel Included.
