Revolution Precrafted Forays into Europe, to Supply $52M Worth of Hotel Villas in Spain

Revolution Precrafted Founder and CEO Robbie Antonio pose with Gabriel and Jordi Barba of Barba Estudio Architects

MADRID, SPAIN, June 27, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Revolution Precrafted, one of the strongest unicorns in Asia, continues its expansion campaign, this time, landing its first-ever it deal in Europe.

The prop-tech company has entered an agreement with BC Estudio, a leading architecture, design and propery management company, to supply hotel and residential units along the Ebro Delta, situated in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia Region, Spain.

“We’ve always wanted to expand to Europe but we wanted a unique and high-impact project that would showcase our expertise and product portfolio. At the same time, we wanted a project that would shine a light on Europe’s ecotourism potential. We are very happy to partner with BC Estudio in spearheading a development that would further strengthen Spain’s tourism,” said Robbie Antonio, Founder and CEO of Revolution Precrafted.

Spain becomes the 13th international market for Revolution Precrafted, which is in the middle of a global expansion mode. It currently has projects in the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Guyana, Jamaica, Bahamas and Bahrain. The company expects to be present in 25 countries by the end of 2018.

The partnership between Revolution Precrafted and BC Estudio came about following the former’s recent business roadshow in Europe this June.

Antonio said Revolution Precrafted and BC Estudio have agreed to build 50 units of hotel villas on a 12-hectare lakefront plot. This represents the first phase of what is envisioned to be a 260-unit development project on a total of four plots along the Ebro Delta.

As part of the initial phase, Revolution Precrafted will build around 40 1-bedroom villas measuring 30 square meters each. It will also build an additional 10 2-bedroom villas on the lakefront plot. Each unit costs a minimum of $200,000.

The villas on the initial phase, will be accompanied by a main clubhouse measuring 700 square meters.

Gabriel Barba and Jordi Barba partners at BC Estudio said the tourism potential of the sites are significant considering their location. BC Estudio will work in collaboration with local partner office in the delta del Ebro, Actua B Arquitectura.

The Ebro Delta is one of the largest wetland areas in the Western Mediterranean region. A large part of the delta was designated as a natural park to protect the wide variety of flora and fauna identified in the area. The Delta is composed of a mosaic of coastal and wetland habitats. It also has some 95 breeding species of birds. The wetlands are considered highly important for over 300 species of a wide range of transient and overwintering species and serves as an essential stopover point for large numbers of migratory birds and waterfowl.

On top of these, the Ebro Delta is also popular among tourists for its amazing beaches, sand dunes, rivers and lagoons. It is also one of the best fishing and water sports areas in Europe.

“We are very excited about this partnership with Revolution Precrafted. We have always wanted to create elegant, design-driven homes and villas that would cater to the thousands of tourists that visit the Ebro Delta all year-round,” Barba added.

Meanwhile, Antonio said the development of the masterplan will take several months while the construction of the hotel villas will start in early 2019.

“We are keen on completing the plans for this project by the 3rd and 4th quarter of this year with the intention of starting land development in early 2019.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA, UNITED STATES, June 26, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Brady BunteAgave Central

Brady Bunte, founder of Tres Sietes Tequila has created a unique website www.agavecentral.com which is all about Agave.

From Tequila to Mezcal to Agave Nectar and recent articles about the serious shortage of agave, all these stories and updates can be found on the Agave Central website.

The agave plant has long been a sacred plant to the Aztecs within the Mexican regions. Agave has been used for centuries not just to make the fermented beverage that inspired today’s tequila, but also as a medicine. The Aztecs were also the first to realize the sweetness that could be harvested from the plant when they took to burning the fields of agave and realizing the sweet result that was realized from the remaining cooked heart.

The nectar used to be mixed with salt and applied as a dressing to wounds and skin ailments. This traditional remedy is actually still in use today. Bunte has found that researchers believe its effectiveness in treating wounds comes from the presence of pus producing bacteria, anti inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

The Agave plant is in some ways similar to Aloe Vera. Agave is now found in many consumer products including beverages, skin lotion, shampoo, cosmetics, or ointments for minor burns, sunburns. There is little scientific evidence of the effectiveness or safety of Agave extracts for either cosmetic or medicinal purposes.

The species is also used for decorative purposes.

For information and recent updates on Agave visit this unique website www.agavecentral.com by Brady Bunte.

Brady Bunte is the founder of many successful startup brands. The list includes Tres Sietes Tequila, ProBaller Energy Drinks, Chic Cocktails and Cabo Chips.

The certification process involves rigorous training for staff, inspections and improvements that enable Space Center Houston to better welcome and accommodate guests with autism spectrum disorder and other sensory and cognitive challenges. Earning the Certified Autism Center designation also includes a commitment to maintain that training and provide the best guest experience possible.

“This is who we are,” said Williams. “We are a values-based organization and we’ve incorporated accessibility and inclusion into the very fabric of Space Center Houston as part of our way forward.”

Parents with children on the autism spectrum often find vacationing and visiting attractions such as museums and theme parks to be a challenge due to sensory needs, dietary restrictions and safety concerns. For almost 20 years, IBCCES has been the industry leader in autism training for licensed healthcare professionals and educators around the globe. IBCCES recognized that many families with children with special needs have limited options and created programs specifically for the hospitality and travel industry.

“We’re thrilled to work with such an amazing organization that can impact the lives of so many. Space Center Houston has gone above and beyond to show its commitment to serving those on the spectrum and what they offer is so important for those individuals. It’s crucial for organizations to ensure all guests can experience the world around them in a safe and welcoming environment,” said Myron Pincomb, IBCCES Board Chairman.

The Space Center Houston goes beyond simply meeting ADA requirements and the Certified Autism Center designation is the latest example. In 2016, Space Center Houston hired Stephanie McMahon, a special education certified teacher and mother to a child with autism, as a senior lead instructor in its Education Department. The center named McMahon as their accessibility and inclusion coordinator in 2017. McMahon also leads the Accessibility and Inclusion working group, composed of representatives from across departments at Space Center Houston.

“The working group is our forum to brainstorm, plan and create plans to ensure that we are meeting all our guests’ needs,” said McMahon. “From facilities to our website, everyone comes together to support our [accessibility and inclusivity] initiatives.”

The center offers “Sensory Friendly Evenings,” with reduced lights, sounds and crowds as well as Space Center University for the visually impaired and other events designed to provide quality learning experiences for guests with special needs. McMahon also noted the center’s development of the “Stellar Explorer Guide” that individuals and school groups can use to prepare guests with autism for an upcoming visit and “Vocabulary Cards” for non- or low-verbal guests that can help with transitions and timelines.

In response to the need for more trained and certified destinations, IBCCES also created AutismTravel.com, a free online resource for parents that lists certified destinations and connects families to other resources and each other. Each destination listed on the site has met Certified Autism Center requirements, which include extensive staff training and an on-site audit conducted by leading autism experts. Space Center Houston will also be listed with other CACs on AutismMember.org, a partnership between IBCCES and Autism Society to connect families and individuals with businesses and resources committed to serving individuals on the spectrum.

President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa Visits Ethiopian Airlines

Results in Closer U.S. – Ethiopian Business Partnerships

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA, UNITED STATES, June 25, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce Gilbert Kaplan led a large delegation of U.S. businesses and officials from across the U.S. government on a visit to Ethiopian Airlines. Under Secretary Kaplan met with Ethiopian Airlines CEO Tewolde Gebremariam, to discuss potential ways for U.S. companies to partner with Ethiopian Airlines to achieve even greater growth, including in the construction and operation of new airports. The rest of the group toured Ethiopian Airlines’ impressive aviation academy and cargo facilities.

During the visit, Ethiopian Airlines announced deals with General Electric (GE) and Honeywell and a training grant from the U.S. Trade Development Agency (USTDA). USTDA is partnering with the Sabre Corporation to provide an Airline Solutions Training Program Technical Assistance grant for Ethiopian Airlines Enterprise, which could leverage up to $21.2 million in financing to support the procurement of airline information technology solutions, consulting services, and industry best practices. Ethiopian Airlines is procuring twelve General Electric engines valued at $444 million, as well as a separate $473.5 million 10-year maintenance contract. Ethiopian Airlines has also signed two contracts with Honeywell – a $10.2 million deal for the Bole Airport expansion and a $7.2 million Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) service contract.

“Ethiopian Airlines is a great partner for the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. business community,” said Undersecretary Kaplan. "This is evidenced by their close collaboration with several U.S. firms including Boeing, whose aircraft make up roughly seventy percent of its fleet, and General Electric, which we just announced will provide Ethiopian Airlines with nearly a billion dollars’ worth of aircraft engines and maintenance services. I am visiting Addis Ababa with members of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa to meet with Ethiopian government and business leaders to explore ways to deepen commercial engagement between the United States and Ethiopia.”

Regarding the deal, Group CEO Ethiopian Airlines, Mr. Tewolde GebreMariam said, “Ethiopian is the most significant source of US –Ethiopia business relations. These relations cover the full spectrum of commercial aviation sector, ranging from aircraft, engines, navigation to flight tracking systems. These latest deals further solidify the commercial relations between U.S. firms and Ethiopian Airlines Group and amount to billions of U.S. dollars in business and thousands of jobs. With Ethiopian Vision 2025, fast growth, more business collaborations lie in the years ahead.”

Ethiopian Airlines’ fast, profitable and sustainable growth and outstanding leadership sets a powerful example of the economic potential in Ethiopia – one of the world’s fastest growing economies. For over 70 years since the Airline’s founding, American companies and the U.S. government have enjoyed successful partnerships with Ethiopian Airlines, demonstrating the incredible potential of cooperation between our countries.

The President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA), composed of 23 U.S. companies across a variety of sectors, is visiting Ethiopia, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, and Ghana to gather insight into market opportunities and challenges faced by U.S. businesses, which will inform their subsequent recommendations to President Trump on how to strengthen bilateral trade and investment with these countries.
